Clearbrook presents a dependable, highly motivated and flexible workforce to the business community. Through training and placement programs, adults with developmental disabilities are given every chance to develop desired vocational and social skills.

• Competitive Employment
  Career counseling and support are given to individuals throughout their employment experiences, while matching their work skills to a meaningful position.
  
  
• Occupational Skills Training
  Trainees are provided the foundation from which they can acquire the skills and behaviors that lead to successful employment experiences and relationships.
  
  
• Workshop
  Featuring unparalleled customer service, this program offers a highly motivated workforces of more than 300 employees with significant experience in shrink wrapping, mailing, sorting, packaging, fulfillment and component assembly.
