Two of our wonderful community partners have come together to create a unique experience for wine and food lovers. Proceeds benefit children and adults with developmetal diabilities supported by Clearbrook.

Teddy's Wine and Liquor's and Palm Court Restaurant are hosting a very special WINE DINNER fundraiser for Clearbrook featuring Rodney Strong Wines.

6:30 p.m.

Cost:
$65 per person (includes tax and tip)

Menu:

Welcome Wine:
RODNEY STRONG SAUVIGNON BLANC

Appetizer:
Shrimp cocktail

Wine pairing: RODNEY STRONG SAUVIGNON BLANC

Salad:
Garden greens topped with house vinaigrette dressing

Wine pairing: RODNEY STRONG CHALKHILL CHARDONNAY

Entrees:
Chicken Oscar sauteed, layered with crabmeat, asparagus and bearnaise sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Wine pairing: RODNEY STRONG PINOT NOIR

Medallions of beef tenderloin, sauteed, topped with shitake mushroom caps and marsala wine sauce, served with wild rice
