World Series of Poker Satellite Event
Event Time: 3/13/10 - 5:15 check-in/6:00 first hand SCROLL DOWN FOR RULES AND REGISTRATION
On-line registration is now closed. Registration WILL BE AVAILABLE at the door tomorrow. Please arrive early to allow time to park and get to the registration table by no later than 5:15 p.m. The first hand begins at 6:00 p.m.
Address of Event: Clearbrook, Getz Building, 746 S. Vermont, Palatine (corner of Illinois and Vermont)
Parking: Clearbrook is also hosting our spring Casino Night beginning at 5pm at the same location. This event typically draws hundreds over the course of the evening. We have arranged special parking for WSOP attendees to assure that you will not have to take time searching for parking. Northrup Grumman is kindly allowing us to park in their lot directly off of Hicks. Shuttle buses will give you door to door access to the event and in returning to you car.
Directions to Parking: from Rt 53 take Euclid Exit West. Turn right at the first stop light, Hicks. You will pass the stop light at Illinois and the next stop light is Northop Grumman Blvd --turn right and right again into the parking lot. We will have signage and volunteers to direct you.
Tournament players must be 21 years old in compliance with WSOP regulations.
The winner of Clearbrook's 2010 WSOP Satellite Event will receive a $10,000 prepaid seat into the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas (Dates TBA).
The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, his/her own transportation, lodging and expenses for the main event in Vegas.
Additional Sit N’ Go tournaments will be available on site as well as cash games. We will be providing free parking vouchers with your registration.
Each player will begin with 3,500 in tournament chips. The first hand will be dealt at 6pm. Blinds will begin 25-50 and blinds will change every 20 minutes (click "WSOP Blinds" link below). In the event the tournament is not completed by 12:45 am the players with the highest amount in chips will be the winner of the tournament.
Additional prizes will be dependent upon number of registrants, and will be paid out in conjunction with state charitable gaming regulations.
