At Clearbrook, our team of trained specialists embrace this by providing cutting-edge, individualized support that meets the special needs of young children with developmental delays. It is truly a collaborative approach, where family members participate in the process from inception to completion.

  • Building Bridges
    The transition from high school into the next phase of life can be a challenge for many young adults. For young adults with disabilities, and their families, Clearbrook offers assistance in making the transition as smooth as possible through the Building Bridges program.

  • Child and Family Connections (CFC)
    As one of 25 "front doors" to the Illinois Early Intervention System, Clearbrook's Child and Family Connections (CFC) Program provides intake, assessment, evaluation and service coordination to families in North and Northwest Cook Counties.

  • CHILD Therapy Services
    The CHILD (Clearbrook Helps Infants Learn and Develop) Therapy Services program offers a family-focused, interdisciplinary approach to assisting families with young children ages birth to five with developmental delays.

  • Family & Community Autism Resource Room
    Our Family & Community Autism Resource Room is located inside Clearbrook’s CHILD Therapy Services office (3705 Pheasant Drive in Rolling Meadows).

  • Equipment Lending Library
    The Alex Leone Equipment Lending Library enables the community-at-large to borrow various pieces of therapeutic and adaptive equipment for children (refundable deposit required).

  • In-Home
    Clearbrook's In-Home Services, called LIFE (Living and Learning in Family Environments), is designed to allow clients to remain in a family environment as long as possible, focusing on goal setting and developing new skills to help the person move towards independence.

  • Take A Break Volunteer Program
    Clearbrook's unique Take A Break Volunteer Program, is a respite program that matches the spirit of volunteerism with the needs of families who have young children with developmental delays, giving parents regularly scheduled time away from daily responsibilities.
