On-going employment opportunities include:

  • Case Managers/QMRPs (Qualified Mental Retardation Professional)
    Seeking full time QMRPs to provide integration, coordination, and monitoring of the active treatment program for each of the clients that live in our CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) and ICFs (Intermediate Care Facility). Staff supervision and pager. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field, one year related experience working directly with individuals with disabilities.

  • Developmental Trainers
    Responsible for developing and implementing programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills. Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives. Hands on assistance to clients with activities of daily living which may include feeding and toileting. High school diploma/GED, Valid driver’s license and insurable by Clearbrook.

  • Habilitation Aides
    Seeking full time and part time direct care professionals to provide active treatment to the clients at our facilities including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. High school diploma and one year experience working with persons with disabilities.

  • Job Coaches

  • Nurses
    Currently seeking full time RNs to provide basic skills and nursing services required to meet the health needs and problems of our clients. Maintain a strong working relationship with clients, guardians, physicians, and habilitative team. Authorize, train, and monitor staff in medication administration. Must have current Illinois RN license.

  • Residential Counselors
    Provide supervision and training in the activities of daily living including but not limited to personal hygiene, money management skills, cooking skills, housekeeping skills and social skills. Teach and provide the supports necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. High school diploma/GED. Valid driver’s license and insurable by Clearbrook. Must be able to complete a two-person lift. Must hold certification for medication administration.

  • Supported Living Assistant
    Seeking part time individuals to work late afternoon, evenings, and weekend hours with clients in their natural home environment in the Cook, Lake, McHenry, DuPage, and Kane counties of IL.
