Amy C. Floyd, J.D., Allstate Financial
Amy C. Floyd, J.D. has more than 30 years of experience providing legal, tax and consulting services to the high net worth market. Amy is currently the Senior Director of Advanced Planning and Support for Allstate Financial. In her role, she delivers "best-in-class" expert advice for complex cases involving estate, charitable, business, and retirement planning issues. Amy works extensively with producers in local communities to identify opportunities to raise funds for charitable causes including reaching out to private individuals who are interested in structuring tax advantaged charitable transfers.
Prior to her position at Allstate, Amy spent 9 years as Trust and Tax Counsel for two of the largest personal trust companies in the U.S. and also 10 years as a tax consultant for Ernst and Young.
Amy received her B.S. from Northwestern University and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
